At WarmCub, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a simple and transparent return process.

30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer free returns and refunds within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Products should be unused or only minimally used.
Items should be returned in their original condition whenever possible.
Original packaging is recommended but not mandatory.

Free Return Shipping

WarmCub provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Please contact our customer support before sending any package so we can provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Products intentionally damaged after delivery.
Items altered by the customer.
Products showing excessive misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly provide:

A replacement
A full refund
Or another appropriate solution

at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned package has been inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees (if any were charged) are also refundable for eligible returns.
